The Apartment
Our spacious and fully furnished apartment is ideal for those seeking independence and comfort during their stay in Parma. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living area and a double bedroom, perfect for families or groups of up to four people. The apartment comes with WiFi, flat-screen TV, air conditioning and everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a set of sheets and towels.

As the first thing I want to emphasize the kindness of the staff, especially, Ms. Raffaella; friendly person, very kind and helpful to meet the guests' requests. The cleanliness of the hotel, the room and the bathroom, the comfort of the bed and the comfort of the accommodation are undoubtedly of a high standard. The breakfast, in my opinion, is able to meet the needs of all guests: sweet, savory, nuts, cereals, drinks, yogurt, milk, coffee, cappuccino...... and if something is missing or you want something in particular? Just ask Mrs. Raffaella. Definitely recommended!

The facility is within walking distance of downtown, is very clean and with attention to detail. The breakfast is a really rich buffet for all tastes! The owner is extremely kind, helpful and caring. We will definitely come back here if we happen to be in Parma! Outstanding 🤩

I don't even know where to begin. I start with one adjective: fantastic! Really. Really good location as are the (blue) parking lots not far away (negligible cost for travelers).
The room is delightfully presented as is the bathroom: all extra-clean and divinely presented. Amenities are of excellent quality, really nothing to criticize!
Rich breakfast served on the ground floor with the possibility of using the garden: wow!
